We use a third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"), to handle all payment transactions for our Service. The results are solely the product of the AI and the data you submit. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of any output before relying on it or taking any action based on it.

b. "As-Is" Service and No Warranties

The Service and its AI-generated feedback are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

c. Limitation of Liability
