Age Requirement

SparkUp AI is for users 18 years and older only.

• Age verification is required during account creation
• Users under 18 are not permitted to use the service
• Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately deleted

Content Standards

While SparkUp AI processes profile photos for analysis and enhancement, we maintain strict standards:

• No inappropriate content involving minors is permitted
• All uploaded content must comply with our terms of service
• Violating content results in immediate account termination
